Job summary

isgSearch is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with a strong Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations background to join its internal technology team in Downtown Toronto. You’ll administer, maintain, and support D365 F&O and integrated finance applications, partnering with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

You will configure, customize, and optimize the D365 F&O environment, support data management and reporting, handle system upgrades, and work

Qualifications

5+ years ERP administration experience with D365 F&O
Strong finance and accounting process knowledge
Hands-on experience supporting D365 F&O, data management and configuration
Experience with D365 integrations and Power Platform tools is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain and support D365 F&O and integrated finance applications
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Configure, customize and optimize the D365 F&O environment
Support integrations with other enterprise applications and data management initiatives
Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis
Participate in upgrades and enhancements and maintain technical documentation
