Job summary

RLG International Inc. seeks a sharp, early-career Business Analyst to join the finance team in Vancouver. You will own pricing and cost models, build executive-level proposals, and keep the sales pipeline accurate while collaborating with senior partners.

Reporting to the CFO, you will support monthly forecast cycles, BI reporting, and data-driven insights. This is a full-time, in-person role designed to launch your career across strategy, FP&A, and client-facing consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (new graduates welcome; internships count).
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and multi-tab workbooks.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or DAX is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an asset.
• Interest in energy, mining, or capital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and quality-check pricing and cost models, and forecasts.
• Build executive PowerPoint decks from partner input and templates.
• Keep Dynamics CRM entries complete and pipeline hygiene reviews.
• Assist CFO with monthly forecast cycles, variance analysis, and reports.
• Support BI reporting in Power BI with data refreshes and dashboard updates.
• Handle research, data pulls, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
