Job summary

Bank N.A. is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure stability, availability, and operational effectiveness of the Finance platform in a production-support role.

You will monitor regulatory reporting processes, manage incidents, oversee batch processes, validate data quality, and support releases. Work with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business teams to maintain production stability and compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT or business experience.
• Formal education in CS, engineering, information systems, math or business.
• Strong IT operations, monitoring and alerting knowledge.
• Experience with finance, risk or banking apps is a plus.
• Proficient collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability, and operational effectiveness of the Finance platform.
• Proactive monitoring, incident management, batch processing oversight.
• Data quality validation and release support.
• Collaborate with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business teams.
• Lead incident recovery and root-cause analyses.
• Provide end-to-end technology support including applications, network and storage.
