Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking a production support specialist to ensure the stability of our mission-critical systems. You will review fixes, perform root-cause analysis, validate resolutions, and participate in incident reviews.

The role involves L2/L3 troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive measures to reduce incidents while maintaining service continuity. You will drive automation and runbook improvements, mentor team members on best practices, and ensure security and governance standards are

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in production support and incident management.
Proven ability to review fixes, perform root cause analysis and validate resolutions.
Experience with monitoring, issue escalation and SLA adherence.
Automation and runbook creation to improve support efficiency.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and governance/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

Ensures stability and reliability of production systems by reviewing fixes and validating resolutions.
Leads troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues (L2/L3) within SLAs.
Proactively monitors applications and implements preventive measures to reduce incidents.
Drives problem management by addressing recurring issues through root cause fixes and automation.
Enhances system performance and resilience through targeted improvements and tuning.
Supports change and release activities to ensure smooth deployments.
