Job summary

CCHPBC is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to oversee daily finance operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information, and support the Director of Finance in planning and reporting. You will manage staff, coordinate audits, and strengthen internal controls while maintaining DRIPA-aligned commitments.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and 5–8 years of experience with 3+ years in people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage complex accounting activities with professional judgement.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and supervise staff.
• Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Coordinate audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.
• Ensure compliance with PSAS and internal policies.
• Improve internal controls and financial reporting processes.
