Job summary

TD is seeking a Finance Manager within the COO Finance DSIP team in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on delivering financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic guidance for DSIP initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, build value propositions, and drive annual and quarterly financial plans with strong process discipline. The position requires 7+ years of experience, an undergraduate degree, and preferably an MBA/CFA/CA/CPA.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a Finance subject matter expert on key components of DSIP Business and major DSIP initiatives with frequent interaction with business leaders.
• Building value proposition templates for major DSIP initiatives and tracking program spend.
• Integrating initiatives into the annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts for the portfolio.
• Leading forecasting and planning with process improvements and partnering to provide value add to the business.
• Liaising with senior management during the planning process to ensure initiatives are in the Annual Plan.
