Executive Recruiter | Finance & Accounting

This is a 6 month contract

About the Opportunity

  • Review monthly reporting package with management including schedules, account analysis and variance analysis
  • Responsible for the monthly recording and analysis of corporate expenses
  • Responsible for operating corporate budgets and ongoing corporate forecast
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial audit
  • Assist in the preparation of materials related to the quarterly and annual board meetings
  • Responsible for consolidations
  • Understand and review intercompany balances
  • Assist with preparing the quarterly compliance reporting packages
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing the various bank accounts
  • Responsible for monthly cashflow forecasts to manage the upcoming cash needs for the entity and its subsidiaries
  • Responsible for annual cashflow budgets and ongoing updated forecasts
  • Ad Hoc projects, as assigned

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience
  • CPA or foreign accounting designation
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel functionality
