Job summary

Vaco/Highspring is seeking a Finance Manager for a 3-month contract in the Greater Toronto Area. The role covers full-cycle accounting, payroll processing, reporting, and budgeting support, with a focus on systems improvement and controls.

The ideal candidate will manage AP/AR, prepare dashboards and committee materials, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Sage Intacct experience is preferred, with flexibility to learn other software as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting with dashboards and committee-ready packages.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience in full-cycle AP/AR accounting.
• Sage Intacct proficiency preferred; quick learner on other software.
• Budgeting and mid-year budget review experience is a plus.

Pay Rate

$50.00 / Hour
