Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Finance Manager to own the global Marketplace P&L, forecast revenue and expenses, and provide financial insight across Finance, BI, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Product. You will translate activity into actionable plans, develop KPI reporting, and build scalable data workflows.

The role requires a 5-year background in analytics or FP&A, strong modelling skills, and proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in strategic analytics or FP&A within a fast paced, data driven environment.
• Strong background in advanced data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive forecasting.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel, including macros, arrays, pivots, lookups, and conditional logic.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end Marketplace P&L, analyzing revenue, expenses, costs, and margin performance.
• Build dynamic forecasting and enhancement models covering promotions, merchandising, pricing, product initiatives, and share of wallet.
• Translate revenue and volume targets into actionable customer tier operating plans.
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile discrepancies, improve data integrity, and support FP&A and Board reporting.
• Own executive KPI reporting and build scalable data workflows, governance, quality controls, and documentation.
• Forecast existing customer ARR to support NRR targets, renewals, and expansion.
• Integrate ARR, customer segmentation, and Marketplace redemption data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop share of wallet and customer cohort analysis using Salesforce attributes.
• Apply statistical and predictive modelling to redemption volume, margin, customer behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Develop mix rate, member balance, rebate, commission, promotion, and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Support RFP positioning, feature pricing, and product or partnership ROI assessments.
• Present Marketplace performance and key drivers to Customer Success and senior leadership.
• Partner with CSMs, Merchandising, Product, BI, IT, and Marketplace leadership to improve margin, assortment, roadmap priorities, forecasting, planning, and operational performance.
• Identify high impact customer growth opportunities and support vendor reviews and scorecards.
• Respond to leadership questions with ad hoc analysis and forecasting; consolidate Marketplace data for advanced analysis using Tableau Pulse and Microsoft Copilot.

About the Opportunity

Marketplace P&L Ownership & Forecasting

• Own the end to end Marketplace P&L, analyzing revenue, expenses, costs, and margin performance.

• Identify high impact customer growth opportunities and support vendor reviews and scorecards.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Financial Alignment

• Respond to leadership questions with ad hoc analysis and forecasting.
• Evaluate product campaigns, promotions, SWAG initiatives, and other Marketplace opportunities.Consolidate Marketplace data for advanced analysis using tools such as Tableau Pulse and Microsoft Copilot.
• Improve predictive modelling during peak periods to enhance forecasting accuracy for float requirements and daily volume swings.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Salary Range

$105,000 to $135,000/year
