Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a skilled FP&A professional in the Greater Toronto Area to build and optimize Power BI dashboards, lead financial and payroll analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting across subsidiaries. The role requires CPA/CFA/MBA or equivalent, about five years of FP&A experience, and strong Excel and Power BI proficiency.

You’ll present to department heads and executives and engage in strategic ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent) - completed or in progress.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on Power BI experience (dashboard creation, reporting, data manipulation).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present independently to department heads and executives.

Pay Range

$85,000 - $90,000 per year

Location

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
