The Finance Director is responsible for ensuring sound financial management of the income and disbursements, investments and assets of MCC Alberta. The Finance Director is the chief finance professional and will provide analysis, proactive advice, and professional guidance as necessary to the Executive Director and other managers. The Finance Director is accountable to the Executive Director and works closely with other staff members, and the Board Treasurer. The Finance Director will provide immediate supervision of other finance positions.

MCCA is a relatively small organization; therefore, it is important that the candidate for this role understands that the work is very hands-on.
