Professional Staffing has partnered with a well-established Non Profit in Edmonton in their search for a Finance Manager role. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for all accounting operations, including month-end close, oversight of budgeting and forecasting and grant reporting. If you have a passion for working in the NFP Sector, this is a rapidly expanding organization with a stellar reputation supporting community programs.

Base pay range

CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Month end close and Financial Reporting
• Preparation for year-end audits
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Grant Management reporting and analysis
• AGLC reporting for casinos, raffles and events
• Complete department budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Tax compliance and regulatory filings

Qualifications

• CPA Designation is an asset
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Non for Profit Sector
• 6+ years of full cycle accounting - Month-end close
• Grand and Fund Reporting Experience
