THE TEAM

The mission of the Accounts Payable Department is to process payments accurately, efficiently, and at the optimal time to minimize costs.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Accounts Payable team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing all transactions, payments, and collections across the organization. As the Coordinator, Accounts Payable, you will support ensuring payments to vendors, employees, and partners are processed accurately and on time, while managing corporate credit card and vendor accounts. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Finance and opportunities for growth within Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Coordinator, Accounts Payable, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring invoice processing is accurate and timely.
  2. Processing payments to maximize terms.
  3. Managing corporate credit cards and out-of-pocket expenses.
  4. Maintaining complete and accurate partner information.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 CAD annually. Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
