Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Finance Co-op for Winter 2027. The placement runs January 2027 through April 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

The Finance Co-op will assist with financial planning and analysis, prepare monthly reports, support process improvements, and handle ad hoc requests, gaining hands-on experience in analysis and data management.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a finance/accounting co-op program and plan to return to school.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Intermediate Excel with VLookup and PivotTables.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: conduct financial analysis to support key initiatives and decision-making.
• Process Improvement & Data Management: support best practices and streamline processes; extract data.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: prepare reports and respond to stakeholder inquiries with clear insights.
