Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is seeking a Finance Co-op to support financial planning and analysis during Winter 2027. You will contribute to monthly reports, variance analysis, and process improvements, while learning best practices in a global confectionery group.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a finance/accounting co-op program, with strong Excel skills (VLookup and Pivot), attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with teammates in a hybrid Toronto setting.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a finance/accounting co-op program and plan to return to school
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and with others

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Assist in process improvements and ad hoc reporting as requested.
