Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. in Toronto invites a Finance Co-op for Winter 2027 to support financial planning and analysis activities and drive process improvements. The position offers $43K–$45K, 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualified students will work on financial analysis, reporting, and data management, contributing to the company’s financial health while gaining hands-on experience in a global luxury chocolate business.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a finance/accounting co-op program and plan to return to school after the assignment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decision-making.
• Assist in monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Support data extraction and streamline financial processes.
