Qualifications

• A strong sales background and a passion for helping people.
• Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience.
• A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending.
• Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
