Job summary

Steele Auto Group in Canada is seeking a financing coordinator to collaborate with lenders and guide customers through financing options, leases, and related documentation. You will support sales by sharing financing programs and maintain organized, compliant paperwork.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced workflow in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales or finance (F&I experience is an asset)
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Comfort reviewing credit and explaining financing options to customers
• Understanding of different lending types including prime and subprime
• Motivated, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
