Job summary

Maple Toyota, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our Vaughan dealership. This role focuses on arranging vehicle financing, offering protection products, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

You’ll work with lenders, qualify buyers, present after-sales products, and use ERP/CRM tools, with a strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and compliance (OMVIC).

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive, or related area.
• 2–3 years experience as an F&I/Financial Service Manager.
• OMVIC license in good standing.
• Proficiency with ERP/DMS/CRM systems (CDK, DealerTrack, One Eighty) and MS Office.
• Ability to adapt, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strategic.
• Independent and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work in a high-energy automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financing recommendations to customers based on gross profit, volume and satisfaction.
• Identify vehicle needs and discuss financing/insurance options with customers.
• Present and describe after-sales products (warranties, protection) and explain benefits.

The expectedsalary range for this role isfrom $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.*

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for providing recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of vehicle purchases and sale of protective options, based on standards of gross profit, volume, and satisfaction of customers. Specifically:

• actively communicate with the customer(s) to identify and discuss vehicle needs and wants; offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
• qualify buyers by understanding their vehicle purchasing, financing, and/or insurance requirements
• present and describe vehicle after-sales products, ie. extended warranty, chemicals (rust proofing, paint protection), insurance, and accessories; provide a thorough explanation of benefits that come with protection programs, such as vehicle service contracts
• answer general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of purchasing
• interact and consult with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase
• actively work with financial institutions and lenders o process funding applications, etc

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in financial agreement and customer service, including:

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive, or other related areas.
• 2 to 3 Years experience as an F&I/Financial Service Manager
• OMVIC License in good standing
• proficiency working with ERP/DMS/CRM systems (ie. CDK, DealerTrack, One Eighty), and Microsoft Office software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
