Winnipeg Foundation is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support fund payments, administration, and reporting for charitable assets. You will process grants, assist accounts payable, and help with financial controls and stakeholder reporting.
The role requires a diploma in accounting or office administration and 1–3 years of data entry or bookkeeping experience; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Finance Coordinator – Fund Payments & Administration (Permanent – Full-time)
The Finance Coordinator - Fund Payments & Administration - is responsible for supporting the operational effectiveness of the Foundation's finance and fund administration functions. The role ensures the accurate processing, administration, and reporting of fund and grant-related transactions, contributing to strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to fundholders, grantees, and internal stakeholders. Working within established financial controls and procedures, the incumbent maintains critical financial data, supports reporting and payment processes, and contributes to the efficient management of charitable assets entrusted to the Foundation. Through collaboration, accuracy, and attention to detail, the position helps ensure the integrity, transparency, and accountability of the Foundation's financial operations.
