Job summary

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP and Food Safety programs.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, operate, and monitor filling equipment across multiple lines.
• Monitor gauges to ensure pack weights and parameters meet specs.
• Respond to machine alarms and coordinate with technicians.
• Test package integrity and seal evaluation at intervals.
• Maintain supplies for continuous production.
• Ensure equipment and work area are clean and sanitary per procedures.
• Document start-up, cleaning, downtime, and quality checks.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor.
• Work rotating shifts as demand grows.
