Job summary

Ice River Springs Water Co. Inc. is hiring for Process Control & Machine Operator(s) in Feversham, ON. You will operate bottling equipment on a 12-hour rotating continental shift, including nights and weekends, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role involves monitoring control panels, performing data tracking, conducting maintenance, and supporting production goals within a fast-paced beverage processing line.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school required.
• Some post-secondary education required as the position requires the ability to read and understand technical instructions and Husky equipment user manuals.
• Two years plastics injection or bottling line experience required.
• Previous heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and within a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high levels of attendance.
• Upbeat and demonstrate positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling processing equipment via digital control panels, configure settings, track data, troubleshoot, and optimize processes.
• Maintain production records and reports for quality control and production tracking; report deficiencies.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize throughput by reducing downtime and coordinating processes.
• Identify and assess safety hazards; enforce LOTO, emergency stops, machine guarding and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation following SOPs and use approved chemicals.
• Utilize material handling techniques and forklifts; ensure safe transport and storage.
• Provide flexible support on the production line and assist with setup, packing, quality checks.
• Follow SOPs and technical guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
