Fuze HR Solutions seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive business development across Canada from Mississauga, Ontario. This field-based, client-facing role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering consultative industrial solutions.

You will work with senior leadership, manage client engagements, and lead proposals through closing with travel across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, industrial, or solution-based sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
• Strong consultative sales approach translating technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Meet with clients to understand technical, operational, and facility requirements; recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
