Job summary

Securitas Canada is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Cambridge and Hamilton, Ontario areas. The role requires overseeing guards, coordinating site schedules, and performing site inspections. You will report to the District Manager and travel between sites as needed.

The position calls for at least 1 year in security supervision, a valid G license, a clean driving record, English literacy, and CPR/First Aid certification. This is a on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Security Supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills.
• Full G Drivers license.
• Clean Driver’s abstract.
• Valid Security License.
• First Aid & CPR C.
• Must be able to communicate (read/write) in English.
• Must have previous experience working in this environment.
• Good deportment with clients, presentable professional appearance.
• Strong computer Skills.
• Must have steel toe safety shoes.
• Willing to work all gates and positions.

Responsibilities

• Reports to District Manager.
• Providing up to date Schedules to Scheduling Manager.
• Performs Site inspections and site audit of guards.
• Performing uniform Deliveries to sites
• Scheduling last minute books offs
• Completing and submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Driving to and from sites.
• Site stand downs when required
• Any other duties as required.
• After hours calls from CNCC with Book offs.

Wages: $ 19.21 an hour.
