Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited, a leading security provider, seeks a Field Supervisor for Cambridge and Hamilton, Ontario. The role oversees guarding operations, coordinates schedules, conducts site inspections, and ensures paperwork accuracy while maintaining professional client relations.

Location is Cambridge and Hamilton Branch with wage of CAD 19.21 per hour. Requirements include 1 year of supervisor experience, valid security license, G license, and First Aid/ CPR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full G driver's license.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Valid security license.
• First Aid & CPR C.
• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Experience in this environment.
• Good deportment with clients and professional appearance.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must have steel toe safety shoes.
• Willing to work all gates and positions.

Responsibilities

• Reports to District Manager.
• Provides up-to-date schedules to Scheduling Manager.
• Performs site inspections and site audit of guards.
• Performs uniform deliveries to sites.
• Schedules last-minute book-offs.
• Completes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Drives to and from sites.
• Site stand downs when required.
• Any other duties as required.
• After hours calls from CNCC with Book offs.

We are seeking a Field Supervisor in Cambridge and Hamilton, Ontario.

Position Overview:

Location: Cambridge and Hamilton Branch

Wages: $ 19.21 an hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to District Manager.
• Providing up to date Schedules to Scheduling Manager.
• Performs Site inspections and site audit of guards.
• Performing uniform Deliveries to sites
• Scheduling last minute books offs

• Driving to and from sites.
