Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Saskatoon, SK is seeking a Field Services Coordinator/Planner to schedule field operations at customer sites, ensure availability of parts, tools and instructions, and assign the closest qualified Field Service Representative to meet customer requirements.

You will interact with customers, optimize scheduling to maximize FSR utilization, and participate in regular meetings with Field Services Execution to drive improvements and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience (1-2 years of experience).
• Expertise in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent analytic skills; Self-starter; Quick learner.
• Good public speaking and communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Care Center preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication and relationships with others.
• Understand and communicate scope of work and T&C to FSR.
• Understanding of impact of FSR utilization rate and work order management on Profit & Loss.
• Proactive communication with Customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Minimal Technical knowledge on Schneider products.

Responsibilities

• Check/enrich Work Orders to be scheduled in bridge Field Services (bFS) or in other Schneider systems.
• Prepare/prioritize the interventions in backlog based on customer type and SLAs.
• Assign all possible work orders for the next 3 months, balancing customer requirements and FSR availability.
• Animate/participate in regular meetings with Field Services Execution team and contribute to improvement plans.
• Monitor the smooth execution of interventions and reschedule/cancel as needed.
