Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and repair requests.
• Provide estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate resources, parts availability, labour, and scheduling.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and repair plans.
• Track job progress and address schedule or budget changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work order administration.
