Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Heavy Equipment, Agriculture, Truck/Transport.
• 3 years of relevant field experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Computer aptitude for diagnostics and calibration work.
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify repair needs.
• Proven time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to complex diagnostics on power equipment to identify repair needs.
• Disassemble, assemble, and repair mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as fluid changes, battery testing, and brake adjustments.
• Execute advanced mechanical repairs including engine/transmission work.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and safety standards; mentor apprentices.
