Job summary

Umano Medical seeks a field service professional to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our medical equipment at customer sites across Canada. You will be the go-to expert for service calls and preventive maintenance.

This role requires strong troubleshooting across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, the ability to read schematics, and excellent communication with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities
