Job summary

Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, calibrate and repair admixture dispensing systems across British Columbia. You will be the primary company representative at customer sites, working with plant managers, operators and maintenance teams to resolve issues and maximize value.

This remote role requires extensive travel throughout BC and flexibility for early/late service as needed, while prioritizing safety and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field service or related technical work.
• Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with pumps, dispensing systems, meters, gauges, and industrial equipment.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean driving record and ability to travel BC.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair admixture dispensing systems.
• Travel across British Columbia to customer sites and support mixer trucks.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and deliver outstanding customer service.
