MISSION

Reporting to the Business Line Manager - Aftermarket, this role involves managing service and aftermarket business, including preventative maintenance, emergency servicing, and on-call support at customer locations like hospitals and labs.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Medical Gas Supply Equipment & Systems
• Investigating malfunctions during call-outs
• Supporting parts ordering and repairs
• Writing service reports to meet CSA standards
• Conducting preventative maintenance and system start-ups
• Providing customer training and support
• Participating in on-call emergency support
• Completing administrative tasks using company software
• Maintaining service vehicle and tools safely
• Supporting schedule and expense reporting
• Adhering to safety, quality, and customer service standards

LOCATION & TRAVEL

• Remote dispatch from home to customer sites in BC and across Canada
• Travel to HQ in Cambridge, Ontario, as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical servicing
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Requirements

Positive attitude, troubleshooting skills, customer management, and flexibility for travel and schedule adjustments are essential. The role involves working in critical environments with life-sustaining systems.

Knowledge & Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

• Reading electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bilingual in English & French is a plus
