The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and installation of AGI equipment.

The Team

You will work in collaboration with the Service Coordinator and automation team to perform a variety of services, such as installation, repairing, and assembling.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and training for customers, including circuit, mechanical, automated program, and network troubleshooting; ability to read and write electrical schematics.
• Uploading and downloading programming.
• Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting.
• Assisting in generating new electrical panels and other automated tasks.
• Traveling to customer sites domestically and abroad.
• Responding to customer calls promptly and effectively.
• Following safety procedures and monitoring safe work habits.
• Working as part of a team.
• Overtime including nights may be required.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical field preferred.
• 3+ years of PLC experience.
• Willing to travel 90% of the time within the US and Canada.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including circuit and programming issues.
• Overtime including nights and weekends may be required.
