Mate Gauge is a leader in laser-based thickness monitoring systems used in manufacturing facilities around the world. We're deploying cutting-edge, non-contact laser technology that helps manufacturers reduce waste, improve product quality, and lower environmental impact.
Our systems combine:
We're a tight-knit, driven team, we move fast, solve complex problems, and have a lot of fun along the way.
You’ll be joining a growing company with real momentum, meaningful products, and a clear purpose. In this role you'll gain hands-on engineering experience with software, hardware, automation, and customer interaction.
As a member of our Engineering Team you will work on a sophisticated code platform used in our products. You will contribute to the design and development of custom measuring apps and to our web app and provide onsite customer support for product installations and troubleshooting.
Our customers work with engineers, not sales reps, from the first conversation through install, commissioning and support. We're hiring a new grad who wants to be that engineer and write the software behind it. You'll ship code, then join our customer on their plant floor and watch it run.
