This role is responsible for managing all field customer interactions and communications, effectively managing and scheduling service work and resources to meet customer expectations for equipment service and maintenance, and overseeing the end-to-end service process, including time entry for field operations. Job Description:
  • Lead, demonstrate, and champion a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring all safety standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and followed.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of staff, including recruitment, orientation, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement, and performance feedback, supporting growth and development opportunities.
  • Spend the majority of time in the field with technicians to ensure the scope of work is accurately followed, determine proper tooling, parts, and technical issues are addressed promptly, and daily time and service reports are completed.
  • Manage, determine, and allocate technicians to jobs and conduct pre-, mid-, and post-job reviews.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and supervisory skills with strong communication to clearly convey job scope and direction to front-line employees.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess advanced SIS skills and the ability to use SIMS and navigate in DSN and DPSS systems.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of previous experience with Caterpillar equipment/engines.
