Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a seasoned Service Department Manager to coordinate daily shop and field service activities, enforce HSE programs, and train technicians on-site and in the shop. You will drive scheduling, compliance, and performance improvements across the service team.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in wellhead services, strong leadership, and proven troubleshooting and customer-service skills, plus a valid Class 3 license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Service Technician Level 3 qualifications and training requirements or industry equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Class 3 Drivers License, ability to produce a current driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the shop and field service requirements.
• Enforce Health and Safety programs and company policies.
• Train Service Technicians through hands-on work in shop and at customer locations.
• Communicate deficiencies to Technicians and retrain as required to maintain compliance.
• Handle and control daily work scheduling and time off requests of Service Technicians.
• Organize and conduct monthly reviews and meetings for the Service Department.
