Job summary

The Field Service Supervisor at NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. will mentor the Operations team and lead front-line field support for downhole fracturing and completion operations.

Responsibilities include planning and executing high-profile operations, ensuring tool configurations meet job designs, coordinating with customers and third parties, completing reports, and upholding HS&E standards across locations with travel. Domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience.
• Experience with coiled tubing, fracturing, drilling/service, or downhole tool operations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and configure downhole fracturing and completion tools to design specs.
• Plan and execute field operations with a focus on quality and safety.
• Liaise between pumping, coil services and energy company to ensure job success.
• Prepare job reports, tool assembly schematics, and field service orders promptly.
• Maintain equipment and promote safe work practices.
