NCS Multistage Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to support and mentor the Operations team as front-line field support.

You will plan and execute high-profile operations with emphasis on excellence and job quality, while providing operational intelligence across NCS units. You will run all bottom hole assemblies and completion systems in assigned areas, ensuring tool configurations stay within specifications and liaising with customers and third parties for successful jobs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; preferred
• Technical Certificate/Diploma or Degree; preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience
• Industry related experience, coiled tubing, fracturing, drilling/service, or downhole tool operations
• Valid Driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

Mansioni

• Plan and execute high profile operations with focus on job quality
• Configure downhole fracturing and completion tools/systems per job design
• Liaise between pumping/coil services and energy company to ensure job success
• Provide front-line customer support with professionalism
• Prepare equipment for each specific job and manage field reports
