Alpine, a division of Sani Marc, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians across Ontario. You’ll manage service call distribution, scheduling, and after-sales support while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with sales to optimize operations. A degree in a related field and 5–7 years in field service with 2–3 years in management are preferred; remote work may be considered based on team needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of field service operations experience with 2-3 years in supervision or management.
• Background in customer service and issue resolution including escalated complaints.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and service management software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach field technicians; ensure ongoing training on procedures and equipment.
• Plan and manage technicians’ schedules to meet service goals and customer demands.
• Lead and engage team to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze feedback, and implement quality strategies.
• Prepare reports on field activities and expenses; minimize downtime.
