NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Specialist to support and mentor the Operations team by guiding high-profile well operations, ensuring top quality, and delivering reliable field results across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with PLMs, Engineering, and Tech Services, train field staff on SOPs, assist with field trials and product development, and promote safe work practices while aligning with NCS goals and customer needs.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of direct industry experience.
• Experience in Wellbore Construction, Fracture Services or Enhanced Oil Recovery or related operations.
• Valid Driver’s licence and ability to travel.

Mansioni

• Supervise and plan critical well operations.
• Organize and liaise with customer and NCS Operations.
• Provide operational support to Sales and BD teams.
• Coordinate with Tech Services for field trials and product development.
• Attend customer meetings and provide operational expertise.
• Promote safe work practices and HS&E compliance.
