StandardAero in Calgary is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our aviation maintenance team. You will coordinate field work, travel to customer sites, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance for engines and accessories.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and the willingness to travel worldwide, including cross-border assignments. AME license preferred; knowledge of PT6 and PW100 engines is a plus.

Formación

• AME License preferred.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Shop work may be required to assist with the Calgary Service Center.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing for field service trip, booking flights and hotels
• Gathering / ordering parts as required for job and shipping to job site
• Fly and/or drive to necessary areas to perform field work
• Travel to remote countries may be required
• Cross border traveling may be required
• Provides technical support and maintenance to customers in the field by dismantling, cleaning, repairing, inspection, assembly and/or testing customer engines or accessories
• Perform scheduled maintenance as part of preventative maintenance program
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of parts determining serviceability for continued service; identifies unserviceable parts that are not reparable and initiates parts requisitions
• Assures that all services rendered are in compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements
• Follows and utilizes manuals
• Maintains detailed documentations and appropriate paperwork following completion of a serviceable job
• Maintains written reports on all pertinent incidents, accidents, problems and complaints
• Takes pictures as required for documentation
• Assesses supplied information and troubleshoots to determine most effective action required

Job Description

Work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You’ll ensure we have what we need to service our customers.
