As the Field Support Implementation Representative, you are part of a team of experts who play a crucial role in supporting key hospitals and laboratories with the installation and smooth functioning of their clinical chemistry, immunoassay, molecular, pathology, urinalysis, and automation solutions.
You are an effective problem solver passionate about the healthcare environment and understand the importance of our solutions on the customer experience and patient care. Your passion for problem resolution and customer satisfaction is supported by your technical knowledge to deliver a stellar customer experience. You will provide timely, accurate and consistent support to our customers to minimize the disruption of their diagnostic service delivery.
This role is installations and modifications focused but does not exclude maintenance and repair support, as required.

En tant que représentant·e du soutien à l'implantation sur le terrain, vous faites partie d'une équipe d'experts qui jouent un rôle crucial dans le soutien aux principaux hôpitaux et laboratoires pour l'installation et le bon fonctionnement de leurs solutions de chimie clinique, d'immuno analyse, de biologie moléculaire, de pathologie, d'analyse d'urine et d'automatisation.
Vous êtes une personne efficace pour résoudre les problèmes, passionnée par le milieu de la santé, et vous comprenez l'importance de nos solutions sur l'expérience client et les soins aux patients. Votre passion pour la résolution de problèmes et la satisfaction de la clientèle s'appuie sur vos connaissances techniques pour offrir une expérience client hors pair. Vous fournirez un soutien rapide, précis et constant à nos clients afin de minimiser l'interruption de leur prestation de services de diagnostic.
Ce rôle est principalement axé sur les installations et les modifications, sans toutefois exclure le soutien à la maintenance et à la réparation, au besoin.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Ontario is 79,144.00 and 103,876.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
