Crown Lift Trucks in Canada is seeking a Field Service Technician to drive to customer sites, diagnose, service and repair Crown and competitors’ lift trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations and troubleshoot, service, and repair lift trucks.
• Discuss repairs with customers, estimate costs, place parts orders and complete paperwork.
• Perform safety and operational tests and pre-delivery inspections.
• Install trucks as needed and communicate customer satisfaction to relevant staff.
• Participate in ongoing training as required.
