We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who’s passionate about technology, thrives in dynamic environments, and is eager to make a real-world impact by supporting cutting-edge test and measurement equipment.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of Keysight—delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to our customers. You will:

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, RF signal generators, optical instruments).
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with lab accreditation standards.
• Support system software and hardware installations for production computers.
• Engage directly with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites (30-50%) to provide on-site support and service.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and technically sharp. Ideal candidates will have:

• A D.E.C. in Electronics (Telecommunications), Electrical Technologist diploma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of RF and microwave fundamentals. (Not a good fit for those with more of an IT/Programmer background, must have hands on experience as a technician)
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• ️ Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and computer troubleshooting.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods and Secret Level Security Clearance (mandatory).
  
  

Pay Range

CAD $79,940.00 - CAD $133,230.00 Year
