Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Guards and/or other personnel; ensures high quality service.
• Coordinates with District management and client representatives for updates and planning.
• Leads orientation, training and development of staff; enforces policies.
• Directs work and conducts disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and company procedures.
• Communicates staffing and scheduling to Branch and District management.
• Inspects client sites to ensure coverage and post order adherence.
• Reviews reports and assists payroll and billing processes.
• Performs related duties as required.
