Job summary

FoodsUp is hiring Field Sales Representatives to grow our restaurant customer network across Quebec. This full-time, field-based role requires visiting restaurants in Montreal, Longueuil, and surrounding areas to introduce our platform and services.

You will build relationships, achieve daily and biweekly targets, help customers register on the FoodsUp App, and collaborate with owner/managers to tailor solutions. Fluency in English is required; French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is preferred.
• English communication skills is a must.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Self-motivated, responsible, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective restaurants within an assigned territory and develop new business.
• Introduce restaurant owners and managers to the FoodsUp platform, products, and services.
• Help customers download the FoodsUp App, register an account, and complete their first order.
• Follow up on subsequent orders and build long-term customer relationships.
• Understand each restaurant’s needs and recommend relevant products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, customer conversations, and sales results.
• Achieve daily and biweekly activity and customer-acquisition targets.

WE'RE HIRING: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES

FoodsUp is looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to grow our restaurant customer network across Quebec.

Locations

• Montreal
• Longueuil
• Surrounding areas

Compensation

• Starting at CAD $25 per hour
• Compensation is calculated using the higher of hourly pay or eligible commission
• Additional performance commissions, ranking bonuses, tiered bonuses, and partial fuel reimbursement

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Field-based position

Responsibilities

Performance Expectations

• Visit at least 25 prospective restaurants per working day.
• Acquire at least eight(8) new restaurant customers every two weeks (2-week) by helping them register and complete their first order.

What You'll Sell

Our platform offers the products restaurants use every day, including:

• Meat, vegetables, seafood, and other food ingredients
• Sauces, seasonings, and cooking supplies
• Takeout containers and disposable packaging
• Cleaning products
• Other essential restaurant supplies
