Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team, supporting customers across the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor. This field-based role includes a company-provided vehicle and requires frequent travel to build and support customer relationships.

The expected annual salary range is CAD 93,000 to CAD 117,000, and the position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan. Salaries are based on skills and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must reside within the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales plans and growth strategies to achieve annual objectives; prepare proposals and value propositions.
• Achieve team Orders and Sales goals; maintain cooperative relationships with internal personnel.
• Cultivate customer, channel, and internal relationships; develop bid strategies and quotations.
• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
