Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team, supporting customers across the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor. This field-based role includes a company-provided vehicle and offers flexibility as you travel throughout the territory to build and support customer relationships.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93,000 - $117,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Must have valid driver's licence.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must reside within the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned Sales and Orders objectives for Eaton products and services, focusing on key accounts.
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and provide sales/technical assistance to distributors, customers, contractors, and end users.
• Develop bid strategies and quotations, using price and delivery guidelines to enhance sales and margins.
• Adhere to Eaton's Philosophy, Values, Safety and Environmental standards.
