Eaton Corporation seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor. This field-based role includes a company-provided vehicle and offers flexibility as you travel to build and support customer relationships.

The role focuses on achieving sales and orders objectives, serving distributors, customers, contractors, and end users with sales and technical support to drive sustainable growth. A strong electrical-sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Must have valid drivers licence.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside within the Central Ontario Eastern Corridor.

Responsabilités

• Implement sales plans and growth strategies, to achieve annual performance objectives. Prepare sales proposals and value propositions to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Understand, and be responsive to, market conditions and competitive activities; Communicate such information internally to drive corrective actions and inform Regional & District strategies. Promote Eaton products and services to optimize sales volume, product mix, and profitability
• Achieve team Orders and Sales goals. Maintain co-operative and credible working relationships with internal personnel, to consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Cultivate customer, channel, and internal relationships. Develop bid strategies and quotations for customers using price and delivery guidelines, applying sound business decisions to enhance sales volume and margins.
• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
