Job description

We are looking for Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team in this exciting new area of business. Working in a hybrid environment and reporting to a Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and drive revenue growth for Xplore by promoting our products and services directly to potential residential customers within your designated territory. As an ambassador of Xplore, your role is to quickly establish rapport with customers and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, relationship-focused, technology-loving individual with an understanding of the telecommunications industry and a motivation to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to significantly impact our company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in proactive door-to-door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into revenue opportunities.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Xplore's products and services, including features and benefits, to articulate our competitive advantages.
  • Communicating pricing, packages, and promotions effectively to potential customers.
  • Processing orders and documenting customer requests.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other systems.
  • Reporting field intelligence such as brand information and competitive insights to your Team Manager.
  • Continuously enhancing sales skills and product knowledge to provide tailored solutions for customers.

Qualifications and benefits:

  • A permanent full-time position.
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based incentives; expected annual salary of $75,000 on target.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage.
  • Paid mileage for travel to distant locations.
