Job description

We are currently seeking highly motivated Field Sales and Development Representatives who genuinely enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a Field Sales and Development Representative, you will be generating leads in your territory and speaking with building management to provide on behalf of our partner Amazon their product offerings which would allow Amazon drivers access to drop-off packages within a building directly to their customer’s front door. This is a free product, free installation, and zero ongoing fees to the building!

Compensation :

Base pay of $18 / hr PLUS commission

Role Responsibilities :

  • Approach and meet with building management to introduce on behalf of Amazon their product offerings.
  • Generate leads to market Amazon products to drive sales in residential areas.
  • Organize and manage an effective follow up plan.
  • Educated potential leads on the features and benefits of our client’s product.
  • Provide direct sales for our client’s product with expectational customer service ensuring they have a great experience overall.
  • Find creative approaches to engage building management and share the benefits of the product.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with building management.
  • Participate in team huddles and trainings.
  • Fully paid training and ongoing coaching
